Black milksnakes are among the best snakes to keep in captivity. These Milksnakes get big, average adult size: 56"-76”. They are incredibly strong and fearless predators but are very docile and compliant captives. They are extremely hardy in captivity and are voracious feeders. They don’t mind being handled. Black milksnakes are born as tricolors and gradually darken as they mature into a glossy jet-black coloration. Closely resembling an Indigo Snake. Juveniles start turning dark between 6 and 10 months of age. |

These guys are other popular Milk snake among reptile collectors. This tricolor is very easy to keep in captivity and reaches 24”-32" in length. Mexican milksnakes are hardy eaters, and have a mellow temperament. They can vary in color from blood red to orange-red. Just a great little Milk snake. |

A medium sized Milk snake, reaching 36”-48” at adulthood. Sinaloan Milksnakes are one of the calmest of the milksnakes, good natured and easy to handle. These seem to have the biggest, reddest bands of the milksnakes. |

This is a large Milk snake Average adult size: 40"-56" Nelson's milksnakes are very hardy and easy to keep. Their care is basically identical to that of corn snakes. They are great for beginners because of their simple care and good feeding habits. This is one of the calmest of the large milksnakes, not wiggly, a pleasure to handle. They strongly resemble Sinaloan milksnakes. |

Honduran Milksnakes are great for beginners and the advanced keepers alike. They have a mild temperament are very good feeders. Honduran babies are quite nervous as hatchlings but
usually calm down after about a year or so and will make great pets. The
Honduran Milk snake is one of the largest of the Milk snake species
reaching 5'-'6'in length. |

Tarahumara / Chihuahua Mountain Kingsnakes, one of the finest of the “pyros”. A beautiful snake with a great temperament and is easy to care for. These snakes often cling to their handlers, probably imitating the rock climbing actions it would in the wild. The largest, most desirable and sought after of the montane kingsnakes - average adult size: 3'-4’. Its popularity is due to its variability and exotic appearance. |
