FOR MY FAMILY

To my family I must convey.

Subjects not so easy to say.

We’ve had our share of downs.

When needed you’ve been around.

Forces large and small have tried,

To separate us but we survived.

Everything I have I would forfeit.

If the time came you needed it.

If only I could make you see.

All of you mean the world to me.

You’ve kept me going when it was tough.

The thanks I give, doesn’t seem enough.

As this family still extends.

Through marriage, births and friends.

In my heart you’ll all remain.

Chasing away past anger and pain.

Please forgive me what I’ve done wrong.

Not telling you this for so long.

Even when I have lost touch,

I love you all very much.
